An introduction to our Pastor: Fr. Bill Hodgson
Fr. Bill Hodgson was born in Illinois about 80 miles north of St. Louis. He came to Missouri in 1970 to attend College of the Ozarks. From there he entered Seminary for our Diocese and was ordained in 1979. During the past 40 years he has served various parishes across the diocese as well as working with the Cursillo movement for 39 of the 40 years. He came from a family that enjoys music and plays a few instruments (mostly as a hobby). He served St. Edward’s once previously from 1992-1996 when it was joined with Sts. Peter and Paul in Pulaskifield.
Our Church is located 2 1/2 miles south of the bridge over Table Rock Lake at the intersection of Hwy 39 and FR 1255. Sitting on top of a hill near the lake, Holy Family Parish was started in the late 1970's with just a few families.
Our original building was constructed in 1981 and served as an all purpose facility (worship area and fellowship hall). In the spring of 2004 we dedicated the addition of our new church.
